£200 Million Housing Fund to Transform Brownfield Land in the West Midlands
The West Midlands Brownfield Housing Fund has been established to unlock former industrial sites for housing, helping to keep the region on track to exceed its housing target of 215,000 new homes by 2031.
The funding is intended to enable developers to build new homes on brownfield land across the region.
A total funding pot of £200 million is available to award to successful applicants.
Private and public sector developers carrying out projects in the West Midlands Combined Authority region may be eligible for support.
Applicants can request a pre-application discussion by completing an online form. Following this stage, eligible projects will be invited to formally apply for funding.
