2023 ‘Yes You Can’ Pitching Competition for NI Businesswomen Open for Entries
A competition providing an opportunity for female owned businesses to pitch and potentially win part of a £20,000 prize is accepting entries.
Women-owned businesses in Northern Ireland are invited to pitch for financial prizes to boost their business operations.
The Yes You Can – £20K Pitching Competition is part of a Female Enterprise Programme, set up through a collaboration between the eleven local councils of Northern Ireland, Invest NI and Women in Business.
The 2023 competition is open for entries and features three categories:
- Pre-start
- Trading Product
- Trading Services
There will be two pitch awards made in each of the three categories – so a total of six awards.
First stage winners will be awarded £3,000 and will have an opportunity to pitch for a further £2,000 at the Women in Business Entrepreneurship Conference in June.
Innovative, female-run companies in Northern Ireland are encouraged to take part. Qualifying businesses can be pre-starts, start-ups or existing enterprises operating for under three years, with plans for growth.
The deadline for entries is 15 May 2023 (17:00 BST).
