Investing in Community Health Fund

Grants are available to non-profit organisations in Huntingdonshire, Peterborough, Fenland to strengthen services and provisions towards meeting specific health and social care needs within designated Integrated Neighbourhoods.
The aim of the funding is to build on the capacity of local Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations towards address the following strategic health and social care priorities:
- Improving healthy lifestyles.
- Reducing frailty and social isolation.
- Reducing obesity and educating communities about healthy eating.
