Zurich Municipal’s Diversity and Inclusion Award

Three grant awards are available through this annual competition for UK based small charities and not-for-profit organisations that promote Diversity and Inclusion both internally and externally to their organisation.
The awards aim to celebrate the initiatives that small organisations put in place to promote inclusivity and celebrate diversity within their communities.
These awards are designed to honour the achievements made by organisations as they strive to make their communities a welcome, safe and happy place for everyone.
The winning entry will be chosen by a judging panel by 17 November 2025, using the following criteria:
- External: How does the organisation promote D&I in their wider external community?
- Internal: How does the organisation promote D&I amongst their volunteers and internal community?
- Impact: What positive change has the initiative achieved?
