Grants are available to not-for-profit organisations in County Durham to deliver projects, activities, and initiatives that enable individuals to thrive, support good health and wellbeing, and addresses key challenges in their communities.
The Fund aims to address:
- Rising lower-level mental health concerns.
- Social isolation and lack of accessible community spaces.
- The need for greater digital inclusion and public health awareness.
- The importance of community-led initiatives in health promotion and wellbeing.
