Advanced Manufacturing Supply Chain Innovation FS Competition

Closing Date: 11/03/2026

This programme supports feasibility studies to improve supply chain resilience and resource efficiency, and is open to UK registered businesses applying alone or in collaboration with other UK organisations including RTOs, academic institutions, charities, not for profit and public sector bodies.

The Advanced Manufacturing Supply Chain Innovation FS Competition supports feasibility studies that explore new approaches to improving supply chain resource efficiency and resilience. Projects must address cross-cutting challenges affecting growth-driving sectors in the Industrial Strategy and advanced manufacturing frontier industries.

Proposals must align with at least two high growth sectors: advanced manufacturing, clean energy industries, creative industries, defence, digital and technologies and life sciences, or at least two frontier industries: automotive, batteries and energy storage, aerospace, advanced materials including composites, metals, polymers, ceramics, glass and smart materials, agri-tech manufacturing and processing technologies for the agri-food value chain and space.

Projects are required to be feasibility studies that focus on solutions that are new or not yet widely adopted. They must demonstrate how proposed approaches improve supply chain resilience and resource efficiency in ways that can transfer across sectors or industries. Applications must identify the targeted sectors or industries, define the critical cross-cutting challenges being addressed and include supply chain validation through the involvement of at least one end user in the project.
