Museum Transformation Programme

Grants are available to support accredited regional and local museums in England working with local authorities to transform their operations and improve long-term financial and organisational sustainability.
The programme is designed to help eligible museums deliver significant organisational change to improve their long-term resilience. It focuses on:
- Strengthening the financial and operational sustainability of museums.
- Supporting major organisational and business model transformation.
- Enabling museums to adapt to changing local authority and funding contexts.
- Improving long-term resilience and income generation.
