Cambridgeshire – Health Inclusion Seed Funding Grant

Grants are available to organisations and community groups in Cambridgeshire (excluding Peterborough) for projects that will prevent identified ‘health inclusion’ groups from experiencing worse health outcomes.
Funding is available for projects focusing on people who experience multiple overlapping risk factors for poor health and/or face barriers to healthcare.
The aim of the funding programme is to make health care provision more equitable across the county to improve wellbeing for all.
