Grants are available for not-for-profit organisations across the Borough of Elmbridge to deliver projects and activities that support vulnerable residents by improving mental health, reducing social isolation, or promoting physical well-being.
This fund aims to support the following:
- Projects or activities that improve mental health or reduce social isolation.
- Physical activities or sessions to improve health and well-being, particularly for those on a low income.
