Funding to Address Youth Homelessness Across Greater London
LandAid, in partnership with StreetSmart, is offering grants of between £10,000 and £50,000 for youth charities across Greater London working to support young people aged between 16 and 25 who are homeless, or at severe risk of homelessness.
The London Youth Homelessness Support Fund is part of the wider LandAid Routes Out of Homelessness Grant Programme and will support projects and activities that meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Creating homes for young people along the ‘positive pathway’.
- Support young people into accommodation (emergency, supported or move-on accommodation).
- Help ensure young people do not experience homelessness in the first place.
- Work with cohorts of young people where there is an identified, growing homelessness need.
- Projects where funding will make a tangible difference to the project’s long-term sustainability.
Eligible costs include revenue, capital, or a mix of both, for projects taking place over the next 12 months.
