Gloucester – UK Shared Prosperity Fund: Do Your Thing Initiative

Funding is available, as part of the wider UK Shared Prosperity Fund programme, for young entrepreneurs in Gloucester who are at the idea stage or running a new business and who plan to deliver a positive impact on the city centre.
The Do Your Thing Initiative is an awards programme which aims to support young entrepreneurs in Gloucester to develop financially sustainable businesses that contribute positively to the city centre and surrounding areas.
The programme is open to individuals aged 18 to 30 who are in the early stages of starting a business or who have been trading for less than three years. Eligible ventures may be based on a product, service or community-focused project.
Participants are invited to submit a business idea or existing concept for consideration. Financial awards are allocated based on the potential positive impact of the business on Gloucester.
The initiative is designed to provide practical support and resources to help entrepreneurs progress their ventures.
