NI Community Solutions to Housing and Homelessness Programme Invites Applications
Community organisations in Northern Ireland are invited to apply for funding to support projects that address homelessness.
Funding is available to community organisations in Northern Ireland to contribute to reducing and preventing homelessness, through projects that address root causes and amplify the voices of homeless people and those at risk of homelessness.
The Community Solutions to Housing and Homelessness programme is administered by Community Foundation for Northern Ireland on behalf of the Oak Foundation as part of the Innovation and Community Voice initiative.
Applications will be accepted from partnerships of organisations and individuals with lived experience of homelessness across Northern Ireland.
Project teams are expected to comprise between four and five individuals who can be from the same or different organisations and can include private individuals.
The funding is used for projects to support the development, testing and delivery of new ideas and collaborations to address the root causes of housing issues and homelessness. Projects should address the 13 Priority Challenges identified by the programme, with the overall aim of reducing duplication and streamlining support services for those most vulnerable within communities.
Grants of between £15,000 and £25,000 are available.
The deadline for Expressions of Interest for project teams is 23 March 2023 (4pm).
