Grants are available to new and existing businesses to occupy and improve vacant retail premises in North Lanarkshire town centres to boost footfall and economic activity.
Grants are intended to help SMEs bring vacant town centre retail units back into use through fit-out, refurbishment, and improvement works. The Fund aims to reduce vacancy rates, stimulate business start-up and expansion, and create more vibrant, active town centres that increase footfall and local economic activity.
