Support for Young Women in NI to Start Up Their Own Business

Business support for young women aged 18-40 in Northern Ireland who are looking to start up their own business, with the opportunity to win funding.

Start Her Up is a new business support programme provided by Enterprise Northern Ireland in partnership with Ulster Bank.

The programme encourages young women aged 18-40 to start and develop their business idea by offering bespoke workshops and mentoring. Selected participants will be entered into the Start Her Up competition with the opportunity to win funding to help take their business/idea to the next level. The winner will receive an award of up to £1,000.

Applications are particularly encouraged from young BAME women, young women living with a disability, and young women living with neurodiversity.

Applications are open and 20 participants will be selected in Autumn 2022 with the winners announced in November 2022.
