Wales – Short Breaks Scheme 2026 – 29

Grants are available to third sector organisations in Wales to provide opportunities to unpaid carers that will enable them to take short breaks from their caring responsibilities.
The programme aims to:
- Increase the availability and accessibility of short breaks for unpaid carers.
- Provide personalised, flexible, and responsive break options for unpaid carers.
- Prioritise and target short breaks to unpaid carers who most need.
