Bank of Scotland Foundation’s Reach Programme Re-opens on 6 December
Funding for charities registered in Scotland with an income of £1.5 million or less and operational for more than one year and who are working to address social exclusion and disadvantage in Scotland.
Grants of between £1,000 and £25,000 over one year are available for work that addresses social exclusion or disadvantage to ensure that the most vulnerable people across Scotland are provided with opportunity and equality to make positive, sustainable changes to their lives.
The following are examples of the types of projects that could be funded under the theme of:
- Disadvantage – charities addressing primary disadvantage such as homelessness, abuse, mental health or poverty, or secondary disadvantage such as debt issues, learning disabilities, illiteracy, lack of employability skills or health issues.
- Social Exclusion – charities addressing exclusionary challenges for minorities, people with disabilities, LGBT people, drug users, institutional care leavers, the elderly or the young.
This is the final application round for 2021. Grants are expected to be awarded in February 2022.
Applications will only be accepted from 12 noon on 6 December until 12 noon on 16 December 2021.
