€75,000 Grants Available for Women-led Start-ups in Deep Tech (EU & UK)
Women TechEU is a two-year EU-funded project supported by the European Union. The scheme aims to provide women leading deep tech start-ups with opportunities, resources and support to grow and thrive.
Grants of €75,000 are available, as well as a personalised business development programme, including mentoring, coaching and training.
SMEs founded or co-founded by women, registered in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country (which includes the UK) can apply. They must have been registered for at least six months prior to the deadline and no more than eight years.
The sectors most prolific in deep tech applications encompass life sciences, computing, food and agriculture technology, aerospace, energy and clean technology, industrial innovations, telecommunications, new materials, and chemistry.
Grants can be used to support the development and growth of the business, for example business plan and growth strategy, business model validation, update of financial plan, certifications, IP strategy etc.
