Funding to Address Homelessness Across South East England

Shanly Foundation is offering single-year grants of up to £50,000, or multi-year grants of up to £150,000 over a maximum of three years, for charities, community interest companies (CICs), and charitable incorporated organisations (CIOs) working to address homelessness across the counties of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, and Hampshire.

Funding is available for:

  • Project and specific activities with a defined scope of work and project timescale.
  • Operating/core costs, including running costs such as bills, rent, and salaries (it is unlikely that the Foundation will fund more than 2% of the organisation’s total annual budget).
  • Unrestricted funding.
  • Capital projects for building works, repairs, or equipment that is needed for the group’s work.

Priority will be given to charities and organisations offering practical opportunities to help vulnerable people build skills and return to, or join, the world of work.
