TechX Accelerator Offers Grants to Innovative Clean Energy Companies
The Net Zero Technology Centre (NZTC) has opened a new round of its TechX Clean Energy Accelerator, offering support and grants to early-stage companies developing innovative clean energy technologies.
The programme provides up to £50,000 in grant funding to start-ups with technologies at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 3-6. It is aimed at helping businesses develop their products and scale operations to advance the transition to an affordable net zero energy industry.
Applications are open to companies worldwide working in areas including carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS), renewables and grid, hydrogen and alternative fuels, and industrial decarbonisation. Applicants must be developing novel technologies that are fully owned by the start-up.
Selected participants will receive tailored technology development guidance, business growth support and access to NZTC’s network of advisors, investors, energy operators and supply-chain partners.
