New Business Grants to Support Regional Tech Ecosystem Development Projects (UK)

UK Tech Cluster Group, in partnership with the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, is offering funding for Catalyst Pilot Projects. These projects aim to trial new methods of business support and produce insights for the wider UK tech ecosystem.

Grants of up to £40,000 are available for individual projects, which should run for no longer than six months. The funding can be used to cover costs such as partner fees, marketing, travel and hosting events associated with project delivery.

Applications are open to UK-based, formally constituted organisations that provide support for tech ecosystems in regions outside of London. The projects must be place-based and focused on delivering benefits to local tech communities.
